According to USDA, beef price in 2011 will be around 9% higher this year.The price increase shall continue next year which is predicted to grow another 5%.Here in Brazil is is not that bad for consumers, but beef price is also 4% higher .All this is due to the higher demand overseas, beef is a great source of protein and a great food.As for the producers, here the prices are the same, US$3.20 per live kilo.
